We offer complimentary insured shipping across India and worldwide. In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted in 4–6 weeks; you'll receive tracking the moment your piece leaves our Indore studio.
Returns
As most pieces are made to order, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects or damage in transit, reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. Custom and personalised pieces are non-returnable. Reach us at care@kratim.com and we'll make it right.

Is the jewellery real gold?
No — Kratim is imitation luxury. We use thick, lasting gold-plating over brass, hand-set glass kundan and top-grade stones.
Can I customise any piece?
Yes, customisation is our signature. Change stones, size, motifs or finish on almost anything.
How long does a custom order take?
A design sketch within 48 hours, and crafting in 4–6 weeks.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep away from water and perfume, wipe gently with a soft cloth and store in the pouch provided.
